A fully clothed, relaxing and blissful sound experience where you bathe in the healing sound of waves. Known as the ultimate sound healing tool, a Gong has the broadest range of tones of any instrument. This vast range of sound literally bathes the human form and re-tunes us on every level – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual – thus helping to bring us back into harmony. We first align your personal journey intention with a suitable choice of organic essential oil to be applied on strategic pulse points, before laying down comfortable on your back ready to immerse into the world of sound & vibration to realign and penetrate all your cells. This experience is both a powerful and beautiful way to take a break from the mind and its thought process. It also has a profound effect on our cardiovascular, endocrine and immune systems so it is an excellent complimentary therapy for stress related issues, depression, fatigue, anger and hostility, feelings of separation, loneliness and fear to bring back balance and harmony in the body.

It all started with Joseph Pilates, they say. That's right, the inventor of the popular exercise system is also said to have invented the plank. In reality, body-weight exercises and routines have been around since ancient times. In this session, we have our own twist too: the trees and the sound of soul-connecting music become our companions to each of the 6 meditative positions working on enhancing core strength, stability and muscular endurance. Adaptations are made depending on your own needs and desire for self-challenge when we initially explore your own goals and physical condition. At the end of our time together, we honour the power of our bones and muscles with a final stretch and a spoonful of salt-water. A short dip in our cold-water plunge pool straight after planks is also highly recommended.

What I propose is more of a dialogue with your body and its memories. A subtle and vibratory harmonization of mind, emotions and matter. My massages are 100% personalised because the technique and presence are at the service of the being that is placed in my hands. Sometimes, depending on the bodies and the moments, I use crystals such as quartz, emerald, tourmaline... Some people have told me that during my massages they travel to other worlds. Your body speaks and I listen to it. A moment for you of calm, relaxation.

Sunrise or Sunset Yoga

Try a variety of Kundalini Yoga kriyas for the body, mind and soul including Poses, Breath of Fire & Meditation. Kundalini is a practice that involves moving and awakening dormant energy and is suitable for both beginners and more advanced participants. Depending on weather conditions and your own needs, we will choose a suitable location where you feel instinctively connected with your surroundings before starting with the journey into yourself.

 Energy Healing

This is an opportunity to truly let go in order that your physical body, energy system and the mind become balanced and revitalised. Energy healing takes your body to a very chilled state through the clearing of physical and emotional knots or blockages. It’s like a spiritual massage, if you will. And, by getting you into rest mode, energy healing can then promote physical and emotional healing alongside other therapies.

 Meditation and Pranayama

Learn, improve or practice how to consciously release ongoing states of mind alertness through the power of meditation. You then engage with yogic breathing exercises that can help re-energise your body. Feel the subtle life force of the breath moving across your body as you embark on your own personal journey of discovery. The aim of this session is two-fold: to quiet down your mind and power up your body. The techniques and ideas from this session are easily reproduced at home so you can continue to enjoy its benefits long-term.
